Kallerup racetrack Adress: Kallerupbanen Kallerupvej DK-2640 Hedehusene The racetrack is run and maintained by Kallerup Væddeløbsforening (KVF) Distances: Sprint - 272 m. Medium - 460 m. Stayer - 652 m. Kallerup racetrack is a 400 m. long oval sandtrack.  Training sessions are held every sunday at 11.00 and every wednesday at 19.00 from fra april to mid september. In march and from september to december, training is limited to sundays at 11.00, due to the lack of daylight. Races are held approx. every 3rd week in the period from april through october. A list of all the seasons meetings can be seen in the 2006 race calender. On racedays food and drink are available in the "Mosebar" at affordable prices. Naturally it is also possible to bet on the dogs in the betting shop at the racetrack. Please check out the latest race card (only in Danish) and our own "insiders tips" for the betting (also in Danish). The entrance to the race track is free of charge. Races start at 14.00, but the betting shop is open for bets from 13.30. |
